I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and we were able to get a ground-floor handicapped accessible room early upon request. Kevin from the staff stood out for his exceptional service. The location was outstanding, close to various restaurants and convenient for our plans.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the lobby, with beautiful and spotless rooms, although it was very cold upon arrival. The service was exceptional, with standout individuals offering pleasant and supportive assistance. The location is very convenient right off route 93 and close to route 95, ideal for exploring downtown Boston and enjoying nearby restaurants. The dining experience was wonderful in the lobby, but not very good in terms of quality. The facilities were well-kept and spacious.
